BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU WILL ACCEPT ALL THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Driving Instructor Burnley Terms apply to all lessons and bookings. Payments must be made upfront before each driving lesson takes place. By booking lessons, you agree to the following conditions.
2. You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a lesson. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, the instructor may charge you for the missed lesson.
3. If a mechanical breakdown occurs, the instructor will cancel the lesson and arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. The instructor accepts no responsibility for delays caused by vehicle faults.
4. The instructor may withdraw the use of their car for a driving test. In such cases, the instructor will give a minimum of one week’s notice, unless you request the test booking at short notice.
5. The instructor follows an equal opportunities policy and treats all learners fairly. This includes equality regardless of race, colour, creed, gender, or sexual orientation.Any block booking not used within 12 months of the initial payment may be forfeited.
